Return & Replacement Policy
At Michigan Outdoor Obsession, all of our items are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or other user-related errors. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your order, as these issues are not valid reasons for return.
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for any quality control errors or defects. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if there is a defect or mistake on our end.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Replacement
To start the process, please contact us at michiganoutdoorobsession@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a shipping label and instructions on how to return the defective item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items
Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any of the following reasons:
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer.
- Change of mind after purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our quality control. Additionally, custom or personalized products and perishable goods cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately within 7 days so we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement if applicable.
Refunds
